Assistant Treasurer needed
SWIC is looking for a member to step into the Assistant Treasurer role, potentially taking up the Treasurer’s role in November 2024 when our current Treasurer returns to the UK.
The Assistant Treasurer Role encompasses the following:
- Daily recording of income from members for subscriptions and functions into SWIC accounts
- Payment and authorisation of expenses as required
- Liaising with convenors and event organisers to provide details of members paid, refunds, payment queries etc
- Provide monthly financial reports for the committee in the absence of the treasurer
